An Analogue Photography Story
The documentary film which takes place in Mallorca, Spain as well New York City features both talented creators highlighting their love for analogue photography, live music and what it is to be inspired by your environment. Throughout the film both creators travel across the Balearic Island searching for expired film & vinyl record flea market treasures while encountering secret beaches and in New York they curate Canal St pop-up shops, DJ resident Brooklyn parties and photograph NYFW festivities.
The photo book features 214 beautiful pages of images all captured on expired film using analogue cameras that most would consider broken. Guillermo Broglia and The Josh Craig have been working on this project for the past year and it is their pleasure to present this beautiful body of art to you all. They’ve traveled from Mallorca, Spain to New York and made a few stops along the way in Washington, D.C. as well as New Jersey taking countless mesmerizing photographs in each city.
They met for the 1st time in 2018 at a party which Broglia was filming and noticed Craig’s Polaroid camera while he was DJing the event. That introduction has manifested into a physical representation of what happens when two likeminded people from opposite sides of the world connect and express themselves using film photography.
